Healthwatch on the road in July

The latest round of monthly outreach sessions by Healthwatch Kingston upon Hull is underway.

As many as nine community venues across the city are now visited by a representative from Healthwatch, the independent consumer voice in health and social care for the people of Hull. From this summer, the list includes Harrison Park extra care centre, Hall Road, Hull.

The public can pick up a range of information from the outreach events, including booklets explaining jargon, how to complain, how to give your views, the latest news from Healthwatch and the 2016-17 annual report. They can also chat to the team about any health and social care issues.

The Healthwatch team will also be attending the Pride in Hull event in Queen’s Gardens on Saturday 22nd July and the Hull Show in mid-August.
