Hidden Fist Kung Fu & Self Defence classes coming to the AMCC!

The Alf Marshall Community Centre are happy to bring Hidden Fist UK to the AMCC for their freestyle Kung Fu & Self defence classes on a Thursday & Friday.

Starting on a Thursday, from 6pm – 7pm, there’s a free Kung Fu class, then from 7pm – 8pm, there’s a freestyle Kung Fu session on for £6 per person! This session will start on Thursday 9th January.

Then, on a Friday, they’ll be hosting a freestyle self defence class from 8pm – 9pm for £6 per person. This session will start on Friday 10th January.

So why not kick your new year off with our Karate sessions at the AMCC?!

These sessions are suitable for all ages & abilities.
