More than £500k worth of cannabis was uncovered after a warrant was carried out at a property on Monday.
Officers from Op Galaxy worked with the local neighbourhood team after information was gathered about a potential cannabis factory on Reynoldson Street in Hull. Authorities carried out Misuse of Drugs Act warrant at the address on Monday 31 October and arrested four men on suspicion of the production of cannabis.
A large grow of in excess of 1,000 cannabis plants with a value of more than £530,000, growing equipment, and more than £5,000 in cash were found in the address and the electricity was bypassed and had to be made safe.
Four men were arrested and have since been released on bail whilst police investigations continue.
