Hull: Active Citizens Programme Drop in

Hull has been awarded funding for the Active Citizens UK Programme Cycle 2018-19.

Active Citizens is a social leadership training programme that promotes intercultural dialogue and community led-social development. Through the programme, people with different beliefs and perspectives are brought together to learn from and share with each other. It has reached more than 210,000 people worldwide through its training and International Study Visits.

Sharron and Mike from the Hull City Council Area Teams will be delivering the programme in Hull to a variety of community representatives from a number of communities in Hull, particular neighbourhoods will be prioritised including Central and Avenue wards

Mike and Sharron will be hosting a drop- in session which will provide a bit more information about the Active Citizen Course and also sign people up to the scheme.
