An opportunity to socialise and take part in fun activities to improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
Aimed at individuals aged 25 and over who may be suffering from:
- Long term health conditions
- Mild to moderate anxiety and or low mood
- Those who may be affected by memory loss
- And for carers to have time for themselves
