Job: Falls Prevention Support Worker

Reporting to: Services Manager

Salary: £16,965 FTE Annual Salary

Hours:   16 hours per week

Closing date: Friday 27^th September 2019

To work as part of the busy Falls Prevention Team to assist in the effective and efficient delivery of Age UK Hull’s Falls Prevention Service and to also provide information and advice to older people, their carer(s) and families.

Provide excellent quality advice for older people and their carer(s) either in house or by suitable referral to outside agencies or partners.

Maintain accurate and up to date systems and records in line with the Age UK I&A Quality Programme benchmarks, the Advice Quality Standard and other specific project requirements.
