2nd August 2019Hull: An opportunity to be involved in this year’s Walk of Art
Calling all artists in the HU5 area of Hull! Walk of Art is back for a third year!
Do you want to take part in this year’s fantastic Walk of Art on Sunday 8th September? Artists and crafters can exhibit and sell their original works to visiting members of the public.
Walk of Art organisers are urging Hull’s HU5 creative community to get involved in the Avenues-based art exhibition. Bigger and better than ever, the event invites creatives to showcase their work in the homes, gardens and garages of Avenues’ residents.
Sculptors, photographers, painters, writers – all forms of art are celebrated at the Walk of Art. Unique to the city, artists can display at their own venues or at a venue donated by one of several generous Avenues residents, who will allow their private properties to be a temporary art studio for the day.
The event takes place in the historic Avenues area of the city. To express an interest and for more information please contact walkofarthull@gmail.com
for an application form which must be completed and submitted to the Artlink offices on Princes Avenue with a £15 registration fee by 8 August 2019.
