A 31-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and dangerous driving after a car with a cyclist in East Hull shortly after midnight today, Friday 12 July.
It was reported that the car followed the cyclist from Acton Close towards Bellfield Avenue, before allegedly mounting the kerb and colliding with it on Fortune Close.
The man who was riding the bike suffered what are thought to be minor injuries in the collision.
Enquiries are underway to establish the circumstances of the collision and we ask anyone that witnessed it to call our non-emergency 101 number quoting log 7 of 12/07/19.
