The Teaming up for Health partnership is working with Rugby League Cares and Sport England to bring a new exciting project called Back Onside into Hull.
Back Onside provides the opportunity for men to train with past and current players to build strength, stamina and fitness with other like-minded men. The sessions are delivered in series of 10 weeks.
Jason Netherton will be leading the sessions taking place at KCOM Craven Park. Jason Netherton was a forward for Hull Kingston Rovers. Jason made his debut on 25.7.2004. Over the ten years at the club, Jason appeared in 194 games, and scored 13 4-point tries. There are two sessions per week taking place at KCOM Craven Park; Tuesday at 5pm and Wednesday at 6.30pm starting in the New Year. The first sessions will be on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th January. Both of these sessions will take place in the North Stand Concourse.
Jack Downs, a former Hull FC player, will be leading sessions which are taking place at Bonus Youth Performance Centre every Tuesday evening from the 8th January at 6pm.
If you or they are interested in attending, just turn up for the first session.
