Business Improvement Associate: £18, 500 – £21,000
Hull Churches Housing Association (HCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) Business Improvement Associate, based in Hull, with a salary of circa £18,500 – £21,000 per annum based on skills and experience.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity for you to play a critical part in improving services for tenants, clients and colleagues. Our Business Improvement function consists of Governance, CQI, Training and Development & Health and Wellbeing, and is the hub of positive transformation and change throughout the Association.
As our Business Improvement Associate, you will support the Head of Business Improvement, in the delivery of projects and process improvement across services, and support the Senior Leadership Team to deliver against our strategic goals.
Alongside administrative support to the Chief Executive and Board in their Governance function, you will be involved in ensuring performance reports are prepared, risks, actions, and issues registers are maintained, and through quality assurance checks ensure continuous quality improvement of our services, compliance with regulatory frameworks, our values and ethics and methods. In addition you will play a pivotal role in the development of training programmes and a calendar of health and well-being events for colleagues.
