Hull City Council Public Spaces Protection Order – Alcohol related ASB

Hull City Council are looking for your support in completing and promoting the below survey in relation to a review of the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO).

A Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) can be used to deal with the consumption of alcohol in public spaces where it is, or is likely to be, detrimental to the local community’s quality of life, by imposing conditions on the use of the area which apply to everyone.

The review of the PSPO aimed at controlling anti-social behaviour associated with the consumption of alcohol in public spaces is out for public consultation until 8^th December.
