Small grants are available to not-for-profit voluntary and community groups in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, Knowsley, St Helens and Wigan to improve the health and wellbeing of local people.

The maximum grant is £1,000.
Groups will only be allowed one grant over two years.
As a general rule the Foundation expects successful applicants to spend their award within four months of receipt.
Extended Description
The aim of the City Health Care Partnership Foundation’s Small Grants programme is to provide an opportunity for local voluntary and community organisations and other not-for-profit organisations to contribute towards the health and wellbeing of people living in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, Knowsley, St Helens, Wigan and Leigh.

The deadlines for applications are 5pm on 1 March, 1 July and 1 November each year with notification on the last day of these months.
Key Criteria
Not-for-profit organisations and community or voluntary groups can apply, as long as they meet the following requirements:
- Have a written set of rules, governing document or constitution.
- Have a bank account in the name of the group/organisation for payments to be made into.
- Have been in existence for at least one year.
- Have an annual income of less than £30,000.
- Work for the benefit of their local community.
- Are led by volunteers.
