Hull: Community Transport Minibus Driver wanted

A position has become available with East Hull Community Transport. The successful candidate will join a friendly professional organisation that supports the local community.

The position is to provide a high quality passenger transport service for the residents of Hull, by driving an accessible minibus. The successful candidate will require a D1 category driving licence (candidate has a D1 category if passed their driving test before 1997).

Duties include, driving, maintaining records, carrying out cleaning duties and contributing to the efficient operation of the organisation. The successful candidate should be polite, caring and smart at all times and offer our customers an exceptional level of service. Full training will be given.

Hours: There are several positions available starting from 5 hours to 25 hours per week (Mon to Fri).  Additional hours available if required.

Salary: £8.21 per hour (£8.72 from April 2020).

Job offer is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS), Driving Assessment, 2 references and interview.
