Hull City Council and Hull Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are looking at ways to improve current Home Care and Extra Care services within the city.
Healthwatch Hull has been invited to work alongside them to understand what matters most to Hull residents.
They have created a survey to gather views and ideas about how care services could be improved. This information will help the Local Authority and the CCG to redesign and develop care and support in a Community Wellbeing Service.
