Cosmo CIC support disadvantaged people and people with poor mental health in the city of Hull and surrounding area to enable them to play an active role in their local community.
They are starting 6 weeks of an online webinar in Russian language for people affected by loneliness.
The first session will be held on 17th February between 5.30 to 6.30 and will be held via Skype.
Attendees will need to contact the host so eligibility can be assessed prior to the free session.
There will also be a Bulgarian Yogini as a first speaker. The session is called ‘The door to new opportunities’.
They will be discussing the opportunities given in lockdown and how to keep positive and learn how to enjoy the time at home.
