  This course is aimed at those wishing to gain an understanding of the common mental health issues prevalent in the community and will look at how they can affect those people who may be managing their conditions. Book HERE.

Business planning processes and templates are often focused on the private, for-profit sector. This session explores some of the similarities and differences in business planning for voluntary sector organisations.
Themes covered in this full-day workshop include:

• Why write a business plan? Thinking about who the document is for and who should be involved in putting it together

• The business plan template – potential sections to include

• Common business planning tools and how to use them in your organisation

• Financial sections – budgeting, forecasting and cash flow

• How the business plan fits with other organisational plans and strategies
