Hull: Do you know this man?

Police are investigating a serious incident that took place near Drypool Bridge in Hull City Centre in the early hours of Sunday 19th September 2021 and would like to speak to the man in the photograph.

The man is described as approximately 5’6, of slim build, dark features including hair with a ponytail, and speaks limited English. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a hoody and camouflage trousers.
