25th November 2022Hull: Drug dealer caught with mouthful locked up

A drug dealer has been sent back to prison for breaking the conditions of his license five months after being released from jail and being caught with a mouthful of drugs.
Jaydon Hall (20) of Porter Street, Hull was sentenced to three years in prison following his appearance at Hull Crown Court on Tuesday 22 November.
Hall was released from prison in April with conditions to reside to outside of the Force area.
On Thursday 29 September Hall attempted to run from officers after being spotted on Anlaby Road in Hull breaking the conditions of his license.
As a result, a foot pursuit took place, and he was arrested a short distance away. Whilst arresting Hall, officers became suspicious of his behaviour and his reluctance to speak.

Subsequently, arresting officers uncovered a large quantity of Class A drug wraps worth around £1400 in Hall’s mouth and charged with possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine.
Detective Constable Laura Wiles leading the investigation said: “Tackling drug crimes within the Humberside force area is a priority for us as it has a big impact on local communities, anti-social and disruptive behaviour often follows drug use and dealing.
“Our dedicated teams work tirelessly to disturb and dismantle these crime groups, with a particular focus on those leading the groups.
“We investigate all information that we receive, so please don’t worry if you don’t see immediate action. These investigations are often lengthy and complex and often the information we get from the public is used to build the bigger picture of evidence, enabling us to have the best possible chance of a positive outcome through the action we take when the time is right.”
If you have any information about crime in your area, please report it via the police non-emergency 101 line or by speaking to local officers whilst they are out and about. Always call 999 in an emergency or if there is a crime ongoing.
