Hull: Five in court charged with drugs offences

Five men are due to appear in court this morning charged with drugs offences, after they were arrested over the weekend.

Kujtim Cullhaj, 29, and Fadil Kodra, 29, both of no fixed abode, have been charged with being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug and possession of criminal property.

Mariglent Kodra, 22, of no fixed abode, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug.

Albi Xhep, 20, and Tushi Pelivan, 22, both of no fixed abode, have been charged with possession of drugs with intent to supply.

All five were remanded in our custody over the weekend to appear at Hull Magistrates Court this morning, Monday 23 March.

On Friday, 20 March, officers stopped and searched a vehicle in North Yorkshire, finding a large quantity of cannabis in the boot. As a result of the stop, officers then searched a property in Hull where more cannabis was found, along with a large quantity of cash.
