15th February 2019Hull: Former Hull KR star is delivering free fitness sessions
Hull Kingston Rovers Community Trust are pleased to be teaming up for health with Rugby League Cares and Sport England, through National Lottery Funding, to bring you a new exciting project called Back Onside.
Back Onside provides you with the opportunity to train with past and current players to build your strength, stamina and fitness with other like-minded men. These free sessions take place at KCOM Craven Park on Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:30pm.
Jason Netherton will be leading the sessions. Jason was a forward for Hull Kingston Rovers. Jason made his debut on 25.7.2004. Over the ten years at the club, Jason appeared in 194 games, and scored 13 4-point tries.
