Can you help police find Hull man Thomas Starkey (56) missing from the Leads Road area since yesterday, Tuesday 10th July ?
Authorities are concerned for Thomas’s welfare as he has some existing health conditions and may be vulnerable and is without his medication.
Thomas is 6ft 1ins tall, walks with a limp and may appear confused.
