Calling All Patients, Carers and User Groups!
Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals are holding a friendly informal event to tell their patients, carers and groups more about the work to improve outpatient services.
They want to ask for your views and ideas to help shape and improve outpatient
services in the future. Come along and help to develop the service improvement plan.
The event will be held in the Board Room at Hull Royal Infirmary
