15th February 2019Hull: Joseph Rank Benevolent Fund
Joseph Rank’s chief objective as a charity is to support older people. At the December meeting every year the Trustees consider applications from other charities to support Hull activities. The amount that they can give away to other charities is set by the Charity Commission at £6,000. Last year they gave £600 to ten charities.
Applications should be in writing in the form of a letter to the Clerk to the Trustees stating your Registered Office, your Registered Charity number and what you would use the money for. It would be helpful to have a summary of the work that you do in the Hull area. You should also send a copy of your most up-to-date accounts.
Please apply by the middle of November to be considered by the Trustees at the December quarterly meeting. Don’t forget to include your phone number and email address.
