A man has been arrested in relation to a robbery which took place shortly after 3pm on Sunday 13 December, on Goodhart Road in Bransholme.
The man is reported to have got into a car, threatened the female driver with a knife and then stolen the vehicle.
As a result of police enquiries, and with the help of CCTV in the local area, a suspect was identified and apprehended at an address nearby.
The car and the contents were recovered and once all forensic test have been carried out it will be returned to the rightful owner.
A 41 year-old man remains in custody on suspicion of robbery.
