Hull: Man charged after distraction burglary

Forty-nine-year-old Robin Norton of Lissett Grove in Hull has been charged with a burglary on Cromwell Close on Saturday 3 September 2022.

An 87-year-old man reported that he was deceived by a man who claimed to have fallen from his bike.  The elderly man offered to help and whilst inside his property a wallet containing cards and cash was taken.

Robin Norton was arrested on Saturday and is due to appear at Hull Magistrates Court today, Monday 5 September
