Hull: Man charged with robbery of 74 year-old man

Joseph Isherwood (37) of Cyprus Street in Hull has today been charged with the robbery of a 74 year-old man at his home in east Hull on Saturday 5 December.

Cash, a mobile phone and bank cards were stolen during the robbery and the bank cards were later used to withdraw hundreds of pounds of cash from an ATM.  The 74 year-old man was unharmed in the robbery but is very shaken by the incident.

Joseph Isherwood has been remanded in custody to appear before Hull Magistrates Court today (Tuesday 8 December).
