Hull: Man identified from CCTV – charged with multiple offences

19 year-old Mason Vincent Donkin of no fixed abode has been charged with theft, 10 thefts from shops in Hull, a public order offence and a drugs offence.

Mason Donkin was arrested after police issued a CCTV image recently in connection with the theft of a handbag from a 91 year-old woman on Faroes Close in Hull.  He was been charged on 30th January with the above offences and has been remanded to appear in court.
