Hull: Mental Health Response Worker with HEY Mind

£19,019 per annum pro rata (based on 37 hrs)

Based in Hull 18 hours per week

The focus of this role with Mind HEY is to provide telephone support to people with a wide range of mental health issues who call the Mental Health Response Service.

You should have previous experience of providing support to members of the public and have the ability to respond quickly to different situations.

You will also need to communicate assertively, have compassion and a good level of resilience.

The service operates 7 days a week including bank holidays and the shifts that the post holder will generally cover are from 8am to 5pm on a Friday and Sunday.
