Hull: Nearly 100 wraps of Class A drugs seized

Four men have been arrested while police officers were searching for a wanted man in Hull.

Following intelligence, officers were observing a property on Hutt Street when they saw activity going on that raised suspicions that drugs were being dealt from there.

A man was followed from the property to a 10-foot off nearby Collingwood Street where he met up with another man.

They both headed towards a property near Spring Bank where they were detained and nearly 100 wraps of suspected class A drugs, cash and mobile phones were seized.

Both were arrested on suspicion of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply.

Officers checked the property on Spring Bank where another two men were found and also arrested for being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs.

Tests are under way on the drugs seized to ascertain what they are. All four men have been bailed to appear at a police station in August.
