Local NHS organisations in the Humber area are working together to review hospital services with a view to making improvements to services across a range of specialties.
To support this work, they are holding a patient involvement workshop and would like to involve as many current and former patients, their families, friends and carers in our work. This is so that they can learn from your experiences and ensure future services are designed in a way that meets the needs of local patients.
Support can be provided to enable people to access the event if they need to travel out of area in order to participate
