6th August 2021Hull Poverty Truth – Real voices from people living on the edge

Hull City Council are establishing a Poverty Truth Commission. A Poverty Truth Commission starts with the real voices of people who have experience of living at the sharp end of poverty, in all sorts of different ways, believing that they need to not only be heard but involved in decisions about poverty.
If your organisation is interested in getting involved, Hull City Council will be holding two market engagement events, both on Thursday 12th August, it will be a great opportunity for stakeholders to come together and discuss the opportunities a Poverty Truth Commission might present for Hull.
Session 1: Thursday 12th August 11.30 – 12.30
Session 2: Thursday 12th August 18.00 – 19.00
To register your place at the event, please email hollie.leng@hullcc.gov.uk with your preferred time.
