Cornerhouse and The Warren are looking to recruit a full time Street based outreach coordinator to manage a team of staff and volunteers working with young people throughout Hull. The main purpose of the job will be to coordinate and manage a team of staff and volunteers in delivering street based outreach work to young people in Hull.
The post holder will be required to ensure the project provides a safe, inclusive and positive environment and take a lead role in constantly evaluating and improving the offer to young people.
The post holder will liaise with a number of external organisations including Common Tasking, VEMTT, youth commissioned services and ASB Teams to share information and to help target provision to areas it is required.
The role will include delivering some outreach shifts as well as acting as a key worker to young people identified as being in need of additional support.

20 hours per week Salary £21,693 – £22,401 (Pro Rata)

Cornerhouse and The Warren are working together to deliver an exciting project working with vulnerable young people in Hull.
If you enjoy a challenge and working in an innovative and creative way with young people then this is the job for you. There are two posts available of 20 hours per week.
The main purpose of the job is to support young people to address risk taking behaviour and its impact on the wider community in order to reduce young people’s vulnerability to anti-social behaviour, engagement in offending, missing & sexual exploitation, and to promote positive health.
This role requires working with young people using a street based outreach approach throughout Hull.
Delivery will include working shifts during the day, evenings and some weekends.
