Hull: Tai Chi & Qigong Taster Session and Fundraiser

Tai Chi (Taijiquan) & Qigong are both ancient forms of exercise which originate from China.

The taster session is to give people an insight into the practice of Tai Chi & Qigong incorporating mindfulness, breathing, and movement

Although the Tai Chi session is Free, participants are kindly requested to make a donation to support the Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church
