19th May 2022Hull: Teen arrested after Biggin Avenue incident

A teenager was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to a police vehicle after an incident on Biggin Avenue, Hull, on Tuesday 17th May.
Officers were attending a call in the area at around 6:45pm when a person ran over from a group and threw items at the vehicle, causing damage. A teen was arrested in connection with the offence.
Community Inspector Jamie Campbell said: “I will not tolerate behaviour of this kind in our community, it is totally unacceptable.
“We will always take action to identify those responsible and deal with them accordingly.
“I would ask for parents to take responsibility for their children and to make sure you know where your children are and who they are associating with when they are on the estate unsupervised.”
