8th April 2020Hull: Teenagers charged following West Hull burglary
Two teenage boys have been charged following a burglary on Lowdale Close and an attempted burglary on Kirklands Road in the early hours of yesterday morning, Tuesday 7 April.
A 15-year-old boy (who cannot be named for legal reasons) was charged with burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and attempted burglary in connection with these incidents. He appeared at Hull Youth court this morning.
A second 15-year-old boy (who also cannot be named for legal reasons) was charged with burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and attempted burglary in connection with these incidents.
He was also charged with burglary and theft of a motor vehicle in connection with an incident on Temple Street, Hull on Sunday 22 March. He appeared at Hull Magistrates Court this morning.
Police were called on Tuesday 7 April, with reports that two teenagers had allegedly tried to get into a property on Kirklands road at around 1am that morning.
A short time later, two teenage boys reportedly broke into a property on Lowdale Close taking keys from inside before allegedly stealing a car from outside.
