The successful applicant will be expected to be proactive in building a network of partners who can offer specialist support to the women that they are working with, develop their knowledge of relevant service provision that can be helpful to the women and be proactive in driving the service forward.

Together Women’s core working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. However, there is an expectation of flexibility; on occasions there may be possible evening and weekend work and early start times, for which time off in lieu is provided.

They wish to restrict the post of TWP Manager to females using the GOQ in s9 (2) (e) and s9 (2) (f) of the Employment (Sex Discrimination) Act 2000.
