Humberside Police want to find this man on suspicion of the theft of tools from a van on West Dock Street, Hull around 5.30pm on Sunday 19 August 2018.
This is a new CCTV image of the suspect police want to find. He tried selling the tools later that day in a nearby pub on Hessle Road.
