Following the police appeal to find two wanted suspects in connection with an incident on Shannon Road in Hull which left a man needing treatment for stab wounds, we have now charged a 33-year-old man from the city.
Andrew Kyle Reid, 33, from Greenwich Avenue in Hull has been charged with section 18 grievous bodily harm with intent, and possessing a knife in a public place in relation the incident on Sunday 19 May 2019.
He’s also been charged with two counts of possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a knife and a hammer, as well as robbery and burglary in relation to an incident on Wansbeck Road in Hull on Monday 20 May 2019.
Andrew Reid also faces another charge of robbing a pair of trainers from a man on Great Thornton Street on Thursday 25 April 2019.
He is due before Hull Magistrates Court today to face all seven charges.
Another man wanted in connection with the Shannon Road incident has been arrested and released on conditional bail.
