Hull: Vehicle Arsons – Please call 101 if you have any information

Following a number of recent reports of arson attacks on vehicles in the Kingswood and Bransholme area of Hull, Humberside Police have been working with Humberside Fire and Rescue Service and Hull City Council to talk to the local community about the dangers of arson.

Additionally, a large number of arson leaflets have been given out in the hotspot areas, providing residents with information, and the local policing team have been doing regular patrols in key areas in the early hours, carrying out checks on people acting suspiciously.

However, they need your help to build up the bigger picture to catch those responsible and help keep our communities safe. If you have any information about arson in your area please call us on 101.

Alternatively, if you prefer to remain anonymous you can do so by giving details through the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

If you would like regular email updates about what is going on in your area, be sure to sign up to My Community Alert at www.mycommunityalert.co.uk.
