Hull: Victim of fatal road traffic collision named

A young woman who tragically died following a road traffic collision on Lowgate in Hull on Friday 27 August has been named as Rebecca Lisa Kirby, aged 31.

Rebecca’s family have asked for privacy as they come to terms with the tragic loss of their loved one.  Our deepest sympathies are with Rebecca’s family and friends at this sad time. 

Authorities would like to thank those witnesses who have already come forward following their previous appeal. Police continue to appeal for anyone else who saw the collision or who may have seen the a black Kia Sportage prior to the collision to contact them by calling the non-emergency number 101, quoting log number 560 of 27 August 2021.
