Hull: Woman who died in Sutton Road collision named

A woman who sadly died in a collision on Sutton Road, Hull on Monday 11 April has today been named as 62-year-old Angela Thompson. 

Police were called shortly before 9pm with reports of a collision involving a car and a woman. 

Emergency services attended however the woman was pronounced deceased a short time later.

Specialist officers continue to support her family. Authorities ask that their privacy is respected at this difficult time.

An investigation was launched and enquiries are ongoing to ascertain the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.

Officers investigating are particularly keen to hear from anyone that was in the area around the time of the collision with dashcam or CCTV footage as well as anyone that spoke to Ms Thompson on Monday 11 April.
