Hull: Work Recovery Coach (CLLD)

Hours:- 37.5 hours per week

Payment:- £21,052 per annum

Duration:- This is a 1 year fixed term post, with a potential for extension.

Annual leave:- 5 weeks pro rata

Based in ‘The Work Place’, Hull, with significant outreach work to clients in the North Hull and Orchard Park area.

This role will contribute to the delivery of the Community Lead Local Development project, operating in the Orchard Park and North Hull area and funded by European Structural Investment Funds. The post-holder will manage a caseload of people who have experienced mental health conditions and who wish to explore employment, self-employment options and training. You will work directly with partners and external agencies to optimise outcomes for people on the programme.

The post-holder is required to motivate and support people to define and realise their work goals; effectively evidence their journey to meet the reporting requirements of the funders; ensure service fidelity and quality standards throughout the programme; uphold the CIC’s philosophy of being person centred, recovery based, responsive and effective.
