Choices and Rights Disability Coalition are looking to employ a worker to assist disabled people and parents/guardians of disabled children to use Direct Payments to organise their own care provision.
The Independent Living Worker will be responsible for explaining the whole process from the assessment stage to assisting people in becoming employer’s in their own right.
They will also be required to provide training/presentations and advice on Direct Payments to both the voluntary and statutory sector. The role is mainly based in the Bransholme office.

Location: Hull – Community outreach
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday (7 hour days)
Rate of pay: £24,515.4 per annum (actual Salary on 35 hour per week)
