37 hours per week based in Hull
£17,170 per annum

Using your previous experience of working directly with the public in an information or guidance role you will manage and maintain a centralised information and advice service. This will involve responding to people with mental health problems, their supporters and other professionals in Hull, the East Riding and North East Lincs by a variety of methods, e.g. phone, email, at events, face to face, etc.
You will also be required to increase awareness of the information service and signpost people in mental health crisis to the appropriate place for support.
Hours of work will generally be between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekend, bank holiday and evening working.
