Officers investigating a serious road traffic collision on Great Union Street in Hull are appealing for information and the driver of one of the vehicles to contact them.
The collision occurred on Saturday 19 August when it is reported that at around 12.10am two cars and an electric scooter had collided at the junction of Great Union Street and Clarence Street.
The driver of one of the cars, a white mini cooper, is then believed to have left the scene.
The rider of the e-scooter was taken to hospital to receive medical treatment for a life-threatening head injury and remains in a critical condition.
Police appeal to anyone who was in the area around the time of the collision, or anyone who has CCTV or dashcam footage that may assist with their enquires to please contact them on their non-emergency number 101 quoting log 5 of 19 August.
