Is it your ‘Time to volunteer’?

Time2Volunteer is a new volunteering website for Hull and East Riding, bringing all the possibilities of volunteering to one place.

Managed by Hull CVS and HEY Smile Foundation and powered by Partners, Time2Volunteer connects volunteers to opportunities, helps groups establish their own volunteer programmes, and provides tools for organisations to manage the volunteering process.

Time2Volunteer gives organisations access to a free volunteer management system, Be Collective, which helps streamline the volunteering process. It enables organisations to advertise volunteer roles and opportunities, and manage applications and timesheets. The number of volunteers and hours given are automatically logged, making gathering figures for reports much quicker.

Time2Volunteer also holds a library of volunteering resources to support volunteer recruitment and management.

This is a soft launch period where we are promoting the website and Be Collective Volunteer Management System to organisations for them to use and upload their opportunities to, ready for a hard launch in September, when we promote it more widely with the intention to attract volunteers to the website.

We have multiple training opportunities coming up to teach you how to use the Be Collective system to get your opportunities on the Time2Volunteer website. By the end of the training session your organisations account will be complete and your first opportunities will be ready to be advertised!
