£36,225 per annum
Initially for a period of one year
Full time – 37 hours per week
Building Forward Together is a significant transformation programme designed to develop a new relationship between Hull’s voluntary and community sector and its public sector partners and to ensure that opportunities for engagement and service delivery are maximised. This is a strategic change programme working across all sectors designed to develop and support new partnership and collaborative arrangements, recognising the need to think and work differently to improve outcomes for our local communities.
In order to support the delivery of this work they are looking to appoint an experienced Programme Manager who is able to work across sectors and with a diverse group of stakeholders and promote the work of the programme.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of programme or project management, including establishing and supporting different workstreams of activity
- Communicating and engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders across all sectors
- A good understanding of Hull’s voluntary and community sector
- A commitment to thinking and working differently
- Experience of working at a strategic level
- The ability to manage and prioritise their workload in response to emerging needs
This appointment is initially for one year with potential to explore secondment opportunities from either the public or voluntary and community sectors. This role will be based within Forum’s Hull offices but be jointly managed between Forum and Hull City Council.
