As part of the launch of the new Lomography Embassy here in Hull The organises invite you to submit your best lomography/film photographs to be a part of the opening exhibition
The forms they are looking for are analog, lomography style photography or just artistic film photography. To celebrate the official opening of their film photography centre in Princes Quay supported by lomography.
The work is film photography only. You can submit up to 5 images, all images must be no bigger than A2 size.
If you are submitting your work physically it must be unframed and it will be £3 per image selected. This will cover the cost of mounting it in a gallery frame and showing it in the exhibition.
If your work is submitted digitally please send a high res scan of the negative or print, as low res will not do the image justice. If your work is selected they will print, mount and frame your work. If you would like your print at the end of the exhibition is will be at a cost of £5 -£15 dependant on print size & excluding frame.
Work can be submitted physically to the gallery by 5pm on the closing date or digitally via our email admin@creativeandcultural.com. For digital submission please send a good quality image as low resolution images will not be accepted.
Up to 5 pieces can be submitted per entrant and each entry must be accompanied with a submissions form which is available from the gallery or by request via email.
The Closing date for entries: 30th November at 5pm
The selection day for the exhibition: 1st December
Selected entries must be delivered to HIP Gallery by 7th December at 1pm
Exhibition opens 18.30 – 20.30 8th December. Then usual gallery opening times until 7th Jan.
