Man charged following Grasby Road stabbing

A 22-year-old man has been charged following reports of an altercation on Grasby Road in Hull on Tuesday 16 May.

Leon Smith, aged 22, of Lothian Way, Hull, has been charged with wounding with intent.

He has been remanded into custody to appear at Hull Magistrates Court on Thursday 25 May.

Officers were called at around 7.15pm to reports that an altercation took place between two men known to each other where a man sustained stab wound injuries.

A 32-year-old man was taken to hospital to receive medical treatment for serious injuries to his arms, legs, and head.
