Hull: Alleged offences including affray and causing a public nuisance
A 19 year-old Hull man arrested Wednesday 18 October following a roof top incident at the junction of Norfolk Street and Beverley Road in Hull has now been charged.
Joe Bramham (19) of Wombwell Grove in Hull is charged with 2 counts of affray, breaching a molestation order, possession of a bladed article and causing a public nuisance.
He will appear at Hull Magistrates Court on Thursday 19 October 2017
